Obituary of Felice F. Richiazzi
Felice F. Richiazzi, 73, of State Hwy 30 No., passed away early Sunday morning at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.
Born in Amsterdam on July 30, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Carlo and Anella Tancredi Tambasco. Educated here, she was a lifelong resident. Felice was employed as a glove maker for Fownes Brothers for a number of years. An antique aficionado, she and her husband owned and operated the former Antique Mart on East Main Street for a number of years. She also was in the jewelry sales business and was a doll collector. Felice was a communicant of St. Mary?s Roman Catholic Church.
Her loving family includes her husband, James B. Richiazzi whom she married on August 4, 1976; a daughter, Cheryl Ann Martin of New Orleans, La.; a foster daughter, Debra Blakely of Hyde Park; her brother, James and his wife Meriulan Tambasco of Amsterdam; her sister, Carmella ?Milly? Frank of Amsterdam as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are Tuesday at 8:30 am at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 9:15 am at St. Mary?s Church. Interment is in St. Michael?s Cemetery. Calling hours are today Monday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home office.
