aunt mimi,
not a day goes by that i don't think of you. i miss you so much. i don't know what my life would've been like if you hadn't been in it. you were the best great aunt anyone could've asked for. it's still hard on me knowing you're gone. but i know you're in a better place. as long as you're looking down on all of us, i know we'll be ok. i love you with all of my heart.

Well Mom it has been 17 months and I am going to try to tell you how much you are loved and missed. It is not any easier today than it would have been then. You are the first thing I think of each morning and the last each night. I always knew you were the best Mom, just never knew I could miss someone so much. I hope I have been as good of a mother to Jeremy and David as you were to me. No, I know I am because I learned from the best. Miss you dearly and love you even more.

Howard, Tom, Sandy, Larry, Kathy and Lori,
I am so sorry I was unable to be with you for the funeral. My thoughts and tears were/are with you at what I know all to well is a very painful and difficult time. I am so grateful that I was able to spend time with her shortly before her death. It meant alot to me that she was so excited to see me the day I stopped by.
Whenever there was a family gathering I always looked for MIMI's famous macaroni salad and she always made sure that I knew when she brought it. I will miss her coming to stand by me, raising her hand and whispering "I brought salad". :o
Remember you have each other to turn to and lean on during the times when you feel the pain from the loss of your Mom. You were there for me, please know that I am here for you.

Mom & Gramma, Over the past month we tried so hard to ease the pain you were having and now that you are pain free & peaceful, we are experiencing the pain of our loss. We'll always remind the kids how much you loved them and how you always said what a good girl Megan was & how cute Braden was. We'll always remember Braden peeking over the casket growling at you waiting for you to scare him back like you used to and Megan coming in after school to check on you & help with whatever you needed.

Marion was a good, and honest women. She always treated me better than my parents did. I will always have kind thoughts of her. Everytime I go to Bingo on Thursday nights I will have a hard time not to walk to her table, and gossip with her . I was more of a gossip than she was. God Bless her.

Memories of Aunt Marion go back to when I was young, she was always there for my Mom and I.
George and I always loved her BBQ Pork Chops and Macaroni Salad. We knew when we stopped in for a visit a cup of coffee was waiting for us with a treat. She couldn't wait to show off her latest additions to the picture wall , the large family she was so proud of.
Her family is special because when an occasion happens her family is always there well representing the Lehrs and Dunhams. An inportant thing in life she taught her kids. We loved her.
I am sure she is up in Heaven sharing her last trip to the Mohegan Sun with Mom. They are both now at peace.
