Rose and Sandy,
My deepest condolences. Dave and I lost touch over the years, but I remember him fondly from our days at Gloversville High School. I also remember all the times the two of you and Ed welcomed me into your home. I am sorry I never got to meet Amanda and Rachel, but they are also in my thoughts.

Sandy,
I'm so sorry to hear of this. Unfortunately, my Mom passed last Wednesday and I noticed your brother's name when I was checking the website.
I know how hard this is to deal with, whether expected or not, and I hope you have enough good memories to keep you going. When you are ready, please get in touch -we should reconnect.
Again, I'm very sorry for your loss.

Sending my condolences to the Shear family. A Lexington employee myself, Dave and I were what I call "familiar strangers." We knew each other by face but not by name. We crossed paths many times and became familiar enough with each other to share nods and smiles of greeting. I only worked with Dave once at 2nd Ave. so I did have the opportunity to speak with him briefly as he was going off-shift. A very pleasant person, I wish I had the chance to know him better.
Please accept my sincere condolences to Dave's family. I know he will be sorely missed.
Sincerely,
sue yetto

Our deepest sympathy
At times like this, one thinks of the very distant past, when laughter and closeness were shared. And although the present was very estranged I always really cared.
Rest in Peace Dave.

Rose and family,
I was saddened to read about Dave. You may remember me and Toni. My grandparents the Murphys lived about your parent'h home on 8th ave..
Dave and I had a good relationship, we worked in many city community events and groups. He was a great man, and was hard working. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and his family.

Amanda and family,
My deepest sympathies to you at this time. Dave was a friend, a colleague and a mentor to me at Lexington for many years and I will always be grateful for his great good humor and professional advice. Dave and I shared many hearty laughs. Those laughs are what I will remember the most. My family and I wish you peace at this time.

I am truly sorry and very sad to hear of David's passing. When we were young, David and I were the best of friends, often hanging out together. We spent a lot of time on our mutual hobby, assembling models. David's mom Rose and his entire family always welcomed me into thier home, and those times will always be a warm memory for me. We may have lost touch in the 70's when I moved west, but I always thought of David of one of my best friends. And I still do.
Gods Blessings to You.
