Obituary of Francis E. Draper

Francis E. Draper, 64, of East St., Galway, passed away Sunday July 1, 2007 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Born in Alhambra, California on August 5, 1942 a son of William F. and Bernice M. Eager Draper. He came to the Galway area as a child and attended Galway Central School. Mr. Draper worked since 1964 as a pipe fitter for the Schenectady Local #157 before retiring in 1993. He was of the Roman Catholic Faith. Francis married Bernadette ?Bernie? Stearns Draper on March 16, 1996. In addition to his loving wife survivor?s include three daughters, Michele Hisert and her husband Michael of Clearwater, Florida, Lynelle Hidde and her companion Ron Rivette of Ballston Spa, NY & Kathleen Lovisa of Johnstown, NY. Three sisters, Marlene Sherman of Galway, NY, Maryann Bardascini of Galway, NY and Sharon Weeden of Broadalbin, NY. Six grandchildren and five great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Mr. Draper lived his life to the fullest and had no regrets. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday Today July 3, 2007 from 4:00 to 7:00P.M. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam.
