Poppy...I can not believe it's almost 7 years since I said good bye to you at home and seeing you at peace in your bed. I miss you so very much. So many memories you made for us. Good and bad you were a stone of life who worked so hard to keep us alive.
You had a hard life in your days. You loved The Lord who helped you get through those days. I love you so much dad. You, mom, and Darrell are at peace now. You gave your all to mom and to your children.
Love you so much.

To everyone, especially Gary,
I am so sorry to hear about your father and Bev, your husband, I truly do know how you feel and what an empty feeling of loss you have. I hope the time ahead will someday bring you joy again for knowing what a great father and husband you had.
I am sorry I missed the funeral but I just got back today Sun 9/30 I have been out of town for the last 2 weeks or I would have paid my respects in person. Take care and I wish you all the very best.
Love, Terri

Bev and the entire family. I am so saddened to hear of my friend Hanks passing. He was a great husband and father to you all, and a great mentor, friend, and father figure to me. We worked together for 10 years, and I can not ever remember laughing as much as we did. Whether his finger nails were coming off, a dog knocked him off his moped and he got hurt, or he didn't feel well, he always had something bright to look up at, and thank god. There are so many memories we shared, and I am thankful that I got to know him. He was there for me when I went through my divorce, and I will miss him greatly. Take care and God Bless you all. I received word today of the passing of my dear friend and fellow Christian Hank. I know he has been sick for a time, and I had the great joy of talking with him in the last month. Now God has seen fit to take all of his cares and woes away and to give him the great peace that comes to those who wait on the Lord. To the family, I say that I will uphold you in my prayers and in the love of the Lord that Hank knew so well. God bless you always, all of you, and remember that we had great times together and that Hank enjoyed each and every moment of them. One quick memory: The day he got his medals and saw all of his kids in church. His comment to me prior to the service, "what are they all doing in church at one time", and then during the presentation his jacket was brought in by his son I believe and his comment:"you had to go into my closet to find that". God bless you all. Jack and June

To the Mrs. Henry and Family:
My condolences and prayers are with you. I know that this is a very difficult time as it is for all that who knew him. Harold was like having a second father when growing up on Clinton Street. Whenever I came up to ask Rob or Hope to play or whatever, and they had chores to do, I had to help him in order for him to go. He was a great man and had the respect of all that who knew him. He is now in a better place with no more suffering. God must need him now that is why he asked him to come and join him. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us. Rick is right down the street and he knows how to contact me.
May god bless all of you!
Take care

To our extended family,
Our sincerest condolences to the entire family.Your dad gave so much as a Dad, Christian, vocalist, veteran, humanitarian, friend & husband. I remember "Papa Poo" and Momma coming to the lake. They came over to our site for a visit. We were having "refreshments" but Papa wanted coffee. He was amazed that we could make him a pot on the grill!! He thought that was great & he even sent a thank you note!!! It was a great day & a wonderful memory. We're proud to say we knew such a wonderful man.
Love to All, "Sissy Joye" and Dave
