Obituary of John J. Kuzemchak

John J. Kuzemchak, 67, formerly of Canajoharie, NY, died Sunday morning, September 30, 2007 at the NorthEast Center for Special Care in Lake Katrine, NY.Born on April 19, 1940 in Flushing, NY, he was the son of the late John and Anna Klize Kuzemchak. John was of the Roman Catholic faith and will be missed by all who knew him. His loving family includes his sister, Carol Ann Yaskulski and her husband Theodore of Long Island, NY: two nieces and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 8:00 a.m., at the Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m. at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Fort Plain, with the Rev. John Roose as celebrant. Interment will foll9ow in the Ames Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home.
