Obituary of Sally B. Rajkowski

Sally B. Rajkowski, 84, of Auriesville Rd., Town of Glen, passed away Thursday morning December 13, 2007 at St. Mary?s Hospital in Amsterdam. Born in Amsterdam, NY on June 5, 1923 a daughter of Albert and Mary Muse Czelusniak. She was a lifelong Amsterdam area resident and attended local schools. Sally was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, reading and taking care of her family. She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam and was a member of the St. Stanislaus Seniors. Sally married Victor W. Rajkowski in 1946. He passed away in 1996. She is survived by two sons, Richard Rajkowski of Amsterdam and Gregory and his wife Joyce Rajkowski of Tribes Hill, NY. Two grandchildren, Christina Castelluccio and her husband Michael of Fultonville, NY and Ashleigh Rajkowski of Tribes Hill, NY. Four great-grandchildren, Keith and Justin Rajkowski, Brittany and Michael Castelluccio. Mrs. Rajkowski was preceded in death by three brothers; Steven, John and William Czelusniak. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 15, 2007 at 12:00 Noon at Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam with the Rev. Pascal Iannotti presiding. Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Amsterdam. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday prior to the funeral service at the funeral home beginning at 11:00A.M.
