Obituary of Debra L. Morris

Debra L. ?Debbie? Morris, 39, of Gloversville, died Saturday, December 22, 2007. She was born September 16, 1968 in Little Falls, daughter of Elizabeth Atkinson and the late Melvin Veeder. Debra was educated in Dolgeville schools and Herkimer B.O.C.E.S. She enjoyed dancing and playing pool and was a long time country music fan. She treasured her cat, Willy, and was loved by all who knew her. In addition to her mother of Herkimer, she is survived by children, Joseph and Rachael Jodway of Dolgeville and a son Michael. She is also survived by her sisters, Bonnie Jans of Ephratah and Michelle Morris of Herkimer; her brothers, Richard Morris of Dolgeville and Stanley Morris of Herkimer. She is further survived by her companion, Gary Romaine, of Gloversville and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Friday from 11-1 pm at the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville. Burial will be private at Ferndale Cemetery.
