To The Family of Mrs B...
I will always remember her as a lovely lady with a great sense of humor. I'm so sorry, but due to the inclement weather I could not attend the funeral. I will remember her in my prayers and always with kind thoughts.
Go In Peace My Friend,
Mary Ellen

Hello to all,
I was thankful to be able to attend Aunt Laura's wake and funeral. So many memories were shared, and the service captured her special, loving spirit. On the drive home, I was thinking of all those boxes of assorted cookies and fudge that she sent home with the Brownells after our visits. I hadn't thought of it until yesterday - how many times she packed our goodies in an empty greeting card box. It really reminds me of how caring and thoughtful she was. Think of how many cards she sent to so many of us - remembering birthdays, sending get well wishes and congratulations. She always signed with love..."Aunt Laura, Uncle Scott, and Scotty." What a special lady, a beloved aunt, and great loving role model for all of us!

I loved visiting Laura and Grandpa as a child. Putting pennies glued down with gum on the train tracks and eating her fudge. Laura was totally devoted to Grandpa and laughed and was uplifting in what she had to deal with in his illness. The illness was not an uplifting thing, but she seemed to be able to handle it well. I always felt loved and welcomed by her. Plus, that fudge! What kid wouldn't love that? You were such a blessing Laura. Seeing your picture here brings a smile to my face. You loved well. Love, Jill

My children and I are upset that Laura has passed away, but know that she is with God and Dad and are relieved that she no longer has to suffer. She was a blessing to all of us and we will miss her.
Love to you, Laura, we will see you again.
