Obituary of David Charles Retersdorf

David Charles Retersdorf, 58, passed away Thursday March 13, 2008 at the Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. He was born in Gloversville on November 17, 1949 the son of Robert Carl and Beverly Cederholm Retersdorf. David was formerly employed as an electrician. He also served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his mother, Beverly Retersdorf of Gloversville; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Terry Meg Retersdorf of Pass Christian, MS, Robert Madelyn Retersdorf of Springhill, TN and Michael Julie Retersdorf of Austin, TX; six nephews and several cousins, aunts and uncles. His father predeceased him in 1994. There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Nathan Littauer Foundation, 99 East State Street, Gloversville, NY 12078. Arrangements are with the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home in Gloversville.
