Mom, You were the best mother anyone could have ever wished for! You leave me with so many wonderful memories throughout my life. Childhood trips to downtown shopping at Carl Company. Hot chocolate at Woolworth's. The ever-so-long trips WAY out to Amsterdam ALL 21 miles to Aunt Carm's. Our trip to Europe probably would have liked to have left me there at least once or twice in Venice alone. Walks on the beach picking up seashells. Going to Merritt Island and picking oranges and grapefruit at the groves. Cooking and baking all kinds of things your sauce and meatballs rule!. Watching us kick tail at the ROTC Drill Team Competitions. The snake James and I brought home in a cloth bag from Port Malabar to show you oh, yeah, your long gasp indicated you didn't care much for that one. Losing the coal of my cigarette on the car seat during our trip to Melbourne Lisa recalls the inference of something important being afire - I think we all were crying from laughing so hard!. Stories about your childhood and the "old" days. Watching rocket launches from Cape Canaveral at the beach. Being a conservative and thrifty comsumer loved those sale flyers and coupons. Being there for our first child's birth very experienced Grandma by then. Teaching me by example to have high morals and standards by being a genuine good person, despite the challenges that life put in your way. You have always had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever known. Thank you for always being there for me. I miss having you here with us, but the memories will last forever. Thank you for being you! I love you!!!

My gram was a very nice lady. I always loved the trips we made down to Florida every year to visit her. And it was even better when she moved to New York to be closer to us all. I did have the experience of the bargan shopping too and it is even cuter that she passed that trait down to my father, who now always tells his children about all the bargans at this store and that store. Rest in peace Grandma. You will be missed, and say hello to my mom for me!! I love you!!
