We were very sorry and upset to hear of Phil's passing. Pat and I both agreed that he was the best neighbor we've had. We remember the times he would come over and share the "jerky" that someone had made or a deer story. We appreciated the times he would mow the lawn and snow blow the drive way "just because". He was always willing to lend a hand. We can still see him driving with Sid in the park. We miss your kindness now and always. Thank you for making the time that we were neighbors extremely the best!! You will be missed.
