Aunt Mary and Cousins,
What can I say about Uncle Dave? Mere words cannot express the depth and breathe of his personality, but I will try. He was the uncle who always made us happy; he shared himself with all of us. Memories of his ventroloquism, his music, his go carts, memories of him and you, Aunt Mary always welcoming us to the house. Sunday dinners and overnights. Even as he aged and became more frail, he always had a ready smile to greet us. Needless to say, he will always be in my heart. We all grieve for him, but know that he is in a better place.

I have a lot of great memories of times spent with Uncle Dave,Aunt Mary and of course my crazy cousins. As a child I spent many summer vacations at their house and enjoyed the closeknit family. He was always the jokester and vary talented with his music. His "dummy" scared the crap out of me as a kid but he always was entertaining. Love to all my cousins and Aunt Mary and yu are all in my prayers.

It was grandpa's time to leave but everyone now knows he is in a more protective place then he ever was. God is there to take people out of their missery and that is what he will always do. Grandpa Lott is now our Guardian Angel.

I am very sorry for your loss.Your grandfather was a wonderful man. your grandparents had always welcomed me into their home and treated me as one of their own grandchildren . I have some fond memories of him too.I still think of him everytime I watch wheel of fortune,and how he used to get so excited over Vanna White and we would tease him so. He was such a character . The sunday dinners were always great and swimming in the summer,He always made sure the pool was ready for us to enjoy . Although I lost contact through the years you were always in my thoughts.He will be missed but know he is in a better place and no longer suffering.His spirit lives on in all of you.

Memories of Dave entertaining us kids with his puppet, his many voices, and playing the harmonica while growing up there in the 50's and 60's seem like just yesterday. Those wonderful days in the old neighborhood with Dave and you guys are memories I will hold dear forever.

thank you to everyone for sharing your memories of my grandfather i was lucky enough to have him in my life for 38 years he was such a wonderful man and will truely be missed i can remember as a child my grandfather always always having a pack of beechnut gum and me always bothering him for a piece but as with all things he freely shared i will miss you grampa very much you were one good influential man in my life my children have been lucky enough to know their greatgrandfather for all these years grampa with birds we love you and miss you so much

There are very few genuinely good souls in this world. Grandpa was one of them. Without complaint, he was willing to help anyone with anything. He was full of wisdom and had a way of turning the most serious moment into a humorous one. He taught me so much. The best advice I've received in my life has come from him. My heart aches for my Grandmother and for my family who are now left with his empty chair. I love you all so much. He is in a place now where his body no longer has to suffer and he will live on forever, in our hearts. I love you Grandpa. Thank you so much for being who you were. Your character is an example for us all.

First of all, my thanks to all of you who have taken the time to view this page and leave us a message. Knowing that there are people out there that care for us gives us great strength during this hard time. Secondly I would like to say that my Grandfather was an amazing man. His quiet strength and wisdom will be sorely missed. He touched all those that met him with his sense of humor and his quick wit. I could go on forever with the things that he has taught me and how much he meant to me, but in the end it comes down to this, I love you Grandpa, and I will miss you very much. Uncle Dave will be truly missed.
