Obituary of Mary N. Constantino

Mary N. Constantino, 79, formerly of Vrooman Ave, Amsterdam, passed away Wednesday November 26, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam. Born in Amsterdam, NY on March 4th, 1929 a daughter of Anthony and Angelina Cullotta Constantino. She was a life long Amsterdam resident and was a 1947 graduate of the former Wilbur H. Lynch High School. She was employed at Fownes Bros. Mill in Amsterdam and later at the former Amsterdam Savings Bank where she retired as Head Teller in 1992. She was a communicant of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam and was a member off the Third Order of St. Francis and the former St. Rita Sodality and St. Michael's Auxiliary. Survivor's include two nieces, Anita Jackson and Rene Pittaro, one nephew, Joseph Constantino all of Florida. Cousin, Anthony Biviano Fran of Amsterdam. Dear friends and other cousins also survive. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday December 1, 2008 at 9:15 A.M. at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, Grove St., Amsterdam with Father Lawrence J. Decker as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Amsterdam. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday November 30, 2008 from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
