Obituary of Elsie Venerosa

On February 22, 2017, Elsie Venerosa, 84, Fairmont Ave., Amsterdam, passed away with her loving family by her side, at Ellis Hospital. Born on February 6, 1933 in Mineville, NY. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Williams. On August 27, 1967 she married Vito Venerosa. It was a loving and beautiful marriage until his passing in June 1995. With her husband they owned and operated the West End Bargain Center for many years. She was also proceeded by her son Daniel and grandson Ricky. She is survived by her daughter Debra and son Donald, a sister Blanch Figler of Schenectady and grandchildren George (Biz) Palmer, Jimbo Palmer, Heather Nolette, Eric Overbaugh, Casey Garbo, Donald Overbaugh,Jr. and Charlotte Marcais together with several great grandchildren and nephews and nieces. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave.
