We bought our first family car from you...pretty much everyone we knew got their first hooptie there. It didn't matter if we were piss broke u always found a way. You never made us feel any less n always had a kind word. We bought 5 more thru the years...even when everyone said why? Go new! We never felt dooped. I live across the street from Ralph for a number of years and was good friends with his son, "Ralphie". he always was so nice to me. Later in life he even sold me a car. A wonderful man! My condolences to his family!
