Dear Spaeth Family:
I was very fond of Virgil and thought he was one of the kindest most thoughtful and intelligent men I'd ever met. My father owned a gas station and his family were avid oldsmobile men, so we knew him as a great source of automotive parts information with great integrity.
As a young man, I can still see Deborah and I standing in line at a GE cantene. I have thought of her a million times since then and always wondered how she was doing. I'll be back in Gloversville for a month or more in mid-April, so I will try and look up family to say hi.
