Obituary of Mildred Lepper

Mildred Hopefield Lepper passed away April 24, 2009 at the age of 105. She was born August 30, 1903 in Gloversville, NY, the only child of John and Sarah Hanson Hopefield. She was employed locally in the glove industry. On June 27, 1930, she married Roy Lepper. He passed away in 1980. Mildred is survived by her daughter, Joan Lepper Kelley of Johnstown and her granddaughter Beth Kelley of Duanesburg. In addition to her parents and husband, Mildred was predeceased by her grandson, Brian Kelley and son-in-law Charles Harvey Kelley. There will be no viewing and services will be private. Cremation took place at Park View Crematorium, Schenectady. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville. Donations may be made in Mildred's memory to the charity of one's choosing.
