Dad,
You were taken too quickly from us. I miss you so much. I haven't had a day pass without a thought of you and I cherish those moments everyday. These memories keep you alive in my heart. I hope that you are in a place where your soul can be happy and free from the pains that you endured on the Earth. I miss our times together, and so does David. I am glad that you at least know that there will be someone to take care of your little girl now that you are gone. I hope to see you again sometime. Tonight there are supposed to be thunderstorms, so I will see you then.

Dad,
I know that you are dancing and singing and rejoicing and I am so happy for that! I miss you so very much. I miss coming to the house every morning and hearing your faithful "Hi Barb" or "You're late today". This is still so surreal to me. I can't even believe that you are gone. One day we will see each other again and then we can dance and sing together! I am so happy that we were able to get past so many things and just be there for each other this past year.
