Obituary of Kathleen M. Blanchard

Mrs. Kathleen M. Blanchard, 55, of Old Trail Rd., Tribes Hill, NY passed away Monday September 28, 2009 at St. Mary s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY. Born in Clifton Park, NY on September 12, 1954 a daughter of Ernest and Fay McDonald Payette. She was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. Mrs. Blanchard was a homemaker and loved helping others and taking care of her family. She was of the Christian Faith. She married Alton Blanchard on July 7th, 1977. In addition to her husband survivors include one son, Christopher Matthew Blanchard and his wife Heather Blanchard. Three brothers, Alan Payette, Jimmy Lyman and Sam Lyman. Nieces, Nephews and cousins also survive. Kathleen was predeceased by a son Alton J. Blanchard III who died on January 5th, 1977. Funeral services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY.
