Dear Jill--This is a first for us, but it is emblematic of our new digital era. Linda and I were saddened to learn of the passing of your father. We know, and share, the emotions of losing a parent, but until it is directly personal, one never feels the ache. We did want to write to you and tell you that our thoughts are of you--and with you--at this sad time.

Dear Jill, Margie, Bobbe, and Family:
I'll never forget Boobe and Everett arriving at MHC to drop Jill off for freshman orientation: The ever-patient Everett and Bobbe the whirlwind of activity...what a scene that was!!! And that was my introduction to Jill and her family. When they visited campus from Gloversville, your Mom And Dad always took me along for dinner, and that was so nice for a kid from Maryland. Your Dad, Husband, Grandpa and Father-in-Law was a wonderful man, evident in his still active role in myriad charities. May he rest in peace and may you, the Family, be at peace knowing what a good man he was; how much he loved you; and how many of us will also keep his memory alive. Abrazos y Besos, Gayana y Manuel
