Bill and I had become such good friends over the years Only a few knew of the many hours he spent in prayer over "every word or article or vision" that came in for posting as he only wanted Holy Spirit filled words. ETPV was not a slipshod operation, but only to be of God and he did an excellent job, dedicating and giving the honor to the Lord.
I will miss our many letters, Bill had such fun with my name "Liv" and when an email came through, I couldn't wait to see how he would say my name next..
He had such a great sense of humor, that again, only some knew of, and I am so privileged to have been one of the people who knew this side of him.
Yet, a very serious and dedicated to God, side of him also.
I hoped to meet him one day, but will yet meet him in Glory.
All heaven is blessed beyond measure now because of his presence and I know the Lord has said to him "Well done - good and faithful servant."

Bill was my 2nd Father and I will always cherish my memories of Bill because they are mostly good and funny.
My Sister recommended that I read all the posts on this guestbook page and I am truly touched by all that is written. Bill was definitely a giving and generous person and I am happy to know he touched so many lives. All your prayers and kind thoughts are wonderful and support us during this trying time in our lives. Yet, it is great to know Bill is in heaven and enjoying the paradise he believed in with his mind and spirit.
God Bless Ya'll.

Wow, I am surprised and saddened by this news but happy for Bill who is now enjoying his rewards in the presence of the One he served, our Jesus. Bill was part of the "Family" to so many online people, especially in the prophetic, and he will be missed a lot but he is so appreciated for his many contributions. I will be praying for the family and his friends. I pray you will be comforted in your temporary time of being apart. God is good and Bill is proof!

I send love and prayers for Bill's family. I am a friend of Meri Ford's from her A&P list years ago, and that is how I remember Bill - through Words God spoke through him that Meri posted.
When good men like Bill, who neither sought praise, nor neglected to give God all the honor & glory, enter heaven’s gates, surely they are greeted by the great cloud of witnesses, singing jubilant thanksgiving. Shouts of Joy to the King of Kings, another victorious warrior has come home!
When prophetic people like Bill speak forth, they give us confirmation, followed closely by confidence to begin walking and talking in what we see and hear ourselves. That is a great gift.
To his family, I say, grieve jubilantly! Your love for Bill will never pass.
Blessings to you all, Rosemary Taddeo

I too was shocked to hear of Bill's passing. Though I never met Bill in person, we shared many wonderful phone conversations about what the Lord was revealing in this hour. I thank God for using Bill with the etpv site because I not only was able to read words that the Lord was giving to others, but it was also the site that allowed me a place to post the words that the Lord has given to me. Etpv also allowed for me to come in contact with brehtren from all over the world. I will miss my friend.

To Mary Lee and the Somers-Family our deepest condolences.
It was for sure a deep shaking for both of us, to know that Bill received his promotion to Heaven!
We are so thankful for His Ministry which was vital to feed the true Body of Christ around the world with precious nuggets, perles and diamonds from Heaven for so many years. A man who was truly faithful to the Lords calling, a man the Lord used to raise His Army in the endtimes! May the Lords Mercy and Blessings flow and overtake his wife and Family!

Dear Mary Lee,
I too was so shocked and stunned to learn that Bill passed away. For the last two days since finding out, about all I think about is him. In my view, Bill was a Giant. His ministry, his site truly blessed countless thousands and thousands of people around the whole world. When I think about what he accomplished for God, it seems astounding to me. I know in my own life what his site meant during good times and difficult times.
I was especially blessed to be emailing back and forth with Bill in the last few months. We both saw something in the Bible I had not heard anyone else express, but him.
I really feel his loss and I know you do too.
I wonder what it will be like to stand before God and find out just how many people he blessed in his life. That was his life - making a huge difference for God. That's Bill Somers. He did it right.
Sending love to you and your family,
Gary Carroll

A dear friend and person of true value, much of a loss to Michigan, Louisiana, Ohio, and New York. I knew him before his association with the religious right and their ideals. He was an intelligent gentleman. We respected each other's intellectual differences.

Mary Lee,
As far as I know ETPV.org was one of the most visited prophetic message boards in the world.
Prophets and prophetess from all over the world brought fresh manna to God’s people through Bills site.
Because of Bill, God’s people could get a sense as to what God was saying to the church week after week for many years.
We received new direction and multitudes of lives were changed forever. We now have a greater understanding of what time it is on God’s end time clock.
Bill’s fruit does follow him.
What Christendom has lost; heaven has gained. You will be dearly missed Bill Somers.
On the behalf of everyone who would like to say something here but cannot for one reason or another.
Thank you Bill and Mary Lee Somers.
Our prayers go out for you Mary Lee and your family.
Much love in the Master,
Bruce Berman

I will truly miss my dear brother in the Lord, Bill Somers. He was such a great friend to those who love the word of the Lord. He trusted God's people to exercise their senses to compare spiritual things with spiritual, and to discern good from evil. Bro. Bill, you were a highly treasured blessing to the Body of Christ, and you will be GREATLY missed!!! My prayer is that the God of All Comfort be there now in a special way to encourage your family in this difficult time. Always with Love from your Sister in Jesus, Clo DiPilato

Mary Lee,
Words cannot express my sadness over the loss of Bill, for you as your helpmate and for the Body of Christ.
But Bill is very happy now, I am sure, having a great time with the Lord, so his problems are over.
May God continue to protect and provide for you in the days ahead. May He give you the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding you need to continue to overcome that which comes before you. In Jesus Name. Amen. Love, Bev

Mary,
I am still shocked at my brother Billy's passing as are all his siblings. We send our love and prayers to you and the kids. I am saddened that I had not seen him in many years. All I can seem to do of late is remember the times with Billy when I was younger. Like when when we were all in New Orleans together so many years ago. Or the funny times with his friend Murphy, he was such a character. I remember all the books, he always had so many books. The world is a poorer place now that he is gone. Much Love, Kate

To Mary Lee and the kids; my deepest condolences and sadness for your loss.
Bill and I were close friends for nearly 10 years even though we never met face-to-face, always sharing advice and support for each other's ministries through the Internet and telephone. I will miss him dearly.
Bill's "forword" will be included in the next printing of my book, "The End Times Passover." Stay in touch and I will send you copies when they print.
Lastly, I do know that the "chains and shackles" of the world's pain have finally been broken for Bill, and he will now spend an eternity with our Lord and savior.
Much Love,
Joe Ortiz
