Joanne,
You were a woman I always looked up to. Our relationship began when I was just an infant and I followed behind you like a puppy for many years wanting to be like you. You accomplished so many things and I believe you found happiness. After mom passed, we made a pact that we would become closer again. You said, "I want to be the big sister you never had". I was so excited to have that with you, but life chose a different path. Even though we stayed closer in touch, your illness took over and took you away. TOO SOON. I wished we'd had more time, but I am comforted that you now have time with Mom and I know that you can still be my "big sister" where you are. I miss you and love you dearly!
