Obituary of Michaelette Marie Waite

Michaelette Marie Waite, age 67, of Gloversville, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville, following a brief illness. She was born January 21, 1951 in Gloversville, the daughter of Donald and Madelene (Martin) Waite. Michaelette was of Catholic faith. She was a charming, feminine woman who loved country music. She enjoyed being pampered and never refused a bubble bath. She enjoyed spending time laughing with her friends. All who knew her will miss her infectious smile. Survivors include her mother, Madelene Waite of Mayfield; two brothers, Martin Waite (Cathy) of Gloversville; Bruce Waite of Broadalbin; a sister, Brenda Jacobson of Mayfield; her loving Lexington family, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Donald J. Waite. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 4 at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St; Gloversville, where a Memorial Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will take place later in the spring at Broadalbin Mayfield Rural Cemetery, Broadalbin.
