I was truly fortunate to have the opportunity to spend time with such a special woman, who has undoubtedly touched the lives of many, and made friends with everyone she met. She will be truly missed, and I will cherish all the wonderful memories I have of her. My thoughts and prayers are with the rest of the family.

Aunt Eva was a sweet and wonderful woman. We are sad to hear of her passing, but know she is happily in heaven with her husband, Grandma and Grandpa, and other friends and family. Aunt Eva was very special to us and our family. We were so honored when she joined us at our wedding just four years ago. She will be missed. Many thoughts and prayers to the rest of the family ~ Love, Alison & Greg

Always patient and never judgmental, Aunt Eva had the unique ability to put a wonderful dinner on the table including fresh homemade pie in what seemed like a moment and with absolutely no fuss.
I loved spending time with her. Aunt Eva was a very special person; she will be missed.

Back in the '50s, living in Riceville, we had an egg route and delivered eggs and chickens to your home, and others, in Gloversville. I remember your father being the Fuller Brush salesman. Our mothers were close in age, Jessie Knott, 1909-1999 My sympathy goes out to you for your loss. There will be many times ahead when you wish your parents were here so you could ask them something that only they could have answered.

We extend our heartfelt sympathy to all of Eva's family. We had the great fortune to know Eva on several occasions when we visited the Kingsburys at Cape Cod and Florida. She was indeed a very special lady and a wonderful role model. She was gracious and loving, wonderfully industrious and helpful even in her advancing years, and most self-effacing. She indeed will be missed, but her spirit will always be with us.

Dear Joan!
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother. Some years ago we had the privilege to meet her, when we visited you in Sarasota.
Only someone who lost a loving mother himself can sense the big sadness and sorrow. You were very lucky to have a mother so many years, but we know this is only a little comfort at the moment. Comforting is only our belief that her soul is in a better world now and that she is protecting her dear family from there.
Much love
Christine and Kurt Domittner

Grandma has helped me understand the importance of patience, nurturance
of good health and creativity. Without her it would have been a struggle to stay focused on specific goals or flexible enough to withstand the complexities of internal and family strife. Few can maintain the nobility and integrity of a simple life. She honored this and never spoke negatively especially of others. I hope that I can do her justice.
Forever Yours,
Becky

To Eva's family and friends, our sincere condolences. We had the privilege to meet this fine lady in her later years when she visited with Joan and Dick both in Florida and on Cape Cod. On those occasions when we had Eva and the Kingsburys to our home, we were the welcomed recipients of Eva's home baked cookies and we can't imagine that Mrs. Fields isn't today out searching for all of Eva's recipes. Our thoughts and prayers remain with Eva and with all of the loved ones left behind.
