Obituary of Julia A. Hazzard

Mrs. Julia A. Hazzard, 44, of Flat Creek Road, Sprakers, NY died peacefully Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Mountain Valley Hospice in Gloversville following a brief illness. Born on November 19, 1965 she was the daughter of John and Donna Wilson. A lifelong area resident, Julie attended Canajoharie Schools and was a member of the Boiling Pot Eagles #3846. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her parents Joanna Paula Wilson and Donna Lee Sharp. Survivors include her husband, Everett E. Hazzard; her sister, Anna Elizabeth Wilson; nieces and nephews, Butch and Rene Hazzard and Cheryl and Jim Brownell; her step children, Everett Hazzard, Jr., Ed and Nancy Hazzard, Jeannie and Terry Dygert, Christine and Chris Nettles, Daniel Hazzard and his companion Audra, Shawn and Rosie Hazzard; several step grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins. A Service of Remembrance will take place graveside on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 10 o?clock at the Canajoharie Falls Cemetery in Canajoharie. At Julie?s request there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Boiling Pot Eagles in care of the funeral home office.
