Obituary of Charlene A. Gamella

Charlene A. Gamella, 59 of Canajoharie, NY passed away suddenly at her home Thursday, September 16, 2010. She was born October 21, 1950 the daughter of the late Charles and Ann Vitale. Charlene was formerly employed as a nurse while living in New Jersey. She is of the Wiccan faith; she enjoyed crafts, painting and making jewelry. She also liked to read. She will be sadly missed by those who got to know her in her two short years in Canajoharie. She is survived by her loving son Michael Gamella of Canajoharie NY, as well as her son James J. Gamella, Jr. of New Jersey and a daughter Katherine. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband the late James J. Gamella, Sr. who passed away in 2001. In accordance to her wishes there will be a private visitation at the funeral home, family and friends are invited to a Grave Side Committal Service, Monday September 27, 2010 at 11 o'clock at Ft. Plain Cemetery.
