I was so sorry to hear of your husband/father's passing. I always enjoyed visiting with you when you were at St. Peter's. You have a wonderful family and I know you will miss Mr. Kowalski dearly. I was priviledged to get to know him and to take care of him and to get to know you a little. My heart is with you in your grief, but we know that in Christ he is in a much better place now, where there are no tears, no suffering but rejoicing in the Lord all day!!! Karen Pirozzi TCA

We will miss you Uncle Bill. You made us laugh and smile, and while there may not be laughter and smiles in our hearts right now, know that when they return it will be because you taught us how important it is to do so in life... And how important it is to get out of Amsterdam... at least for a while. :

Dear Sylvia, Kimmie & family,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Bill. He was always very special to me and I have so many wonderful memories of him at Mohawk Sales Meetings, Cruises and the old Mohawk Clambakes at Wojicki's Grove and most recently the great yearly parties at your home on Homecoming night. He's in heaven with his buddy Joe now and they're probably already going to baseball games. He enjoyed life, that's for sure. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Sincerely,
Sue

Rest in Peace Dear Godfather. You were a very special man in my life and your love was always deeply felt. I was a very fortunate child when my parents chose you and Sylvia as my Godparents as I know that if ever the need came to be, you would have been there for me. I thank the Lord for that not being the case, but was quite pleased with their pickin's. Rest in Peace Bill and give my Dad a big hug from me.My prayers are with you and for all of us who loved you and will miss you so.

The first thing I thought of in hearing about Bill's death was that he was a gentleman. I worked with Bill for 15 yeas at Mohawk Finishing and have many, many fond memories. I've had jobs since, but none that have come close to the family feeling we all felt there - I spoke to him often and he made me laugh, was a true professional and most important, was a man who understood the value of friendship and family. I am so sorry I didn't take the time to look Bill up these past years, but he will remain in my heart as someone who stood out in many ways. I will recall with fondness our meetings, our conversations about sports, jazz and family and all the great times we had together. It was quite a few years ago, but it seems like yesterday. Life comes and goes in a blink of an eye and I will always remember the times that Bill made time stand still with his colorful stories. I will miss you my friend. Godspeed. My most heartfelt sympathies to Bill's family and friends as well.
