Obituary of Pamela Rowley

Pamela Rowley, 56, of Fonda passed away peacefully Thursday, November 18, 2010. She was born June 25, 1954 in Gloversville, the daughter of Paul Rowley and the late Charlotte Berry Rowley. Pamela was a registered nurse and was last employed by Lee Physician's Group in Ft. Myers, FL. She loved nature and being outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing and gardening. Pamela will be truly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her father, Paul Rowley Barbara of Manchester, NH; a fiancé, Craig A. Hough of Fonda; two daughters: Jacqueline Conklin Stephen and Shanna Rix Dave, both of Cape Coral, FL; two step daughters: Wendy Larimore Gene and Kari Hough, both of Gloversville; a step son, Craig J. "Hecki" Hough of Gloversville; a grandson, Michael D. Rix; two sisters: Paula Fallacco Paul of Gloversville and Penny Carville Chuck Nix of NC and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited and may call Monday, November 22 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Dr. R. W. Williams presiding. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Fonda. Donations may be made in Pamela's memory to the James A. Brennan Humane Society, 437 Nine Mile Tree Road, Gloversville, NY 12078.
