Obituary of Beverly Gail Ashline

Beverly Gail Ashline of Mayfield, NY, formerly of Gloversville, NY died peacefully on December 30, 2010. She was known as ?Gail? to her many friends and relatives. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald T. Ashline. She is survived by her three children, Lori G. Ashline of Melrose, MA, Gregory T. Ashline of Mayfield, NY and Susan C. Ashline of Ontario, NY. She was the dear sister of Gary F. Conrick and his wife, Sharon Conrick of Fort Edward, NY. She leaves five grandchildren and two nephews. She was the daughter of Frederick Conrick and Jessie V. Thompson Conrick. Gail was a member of Gloversville High School class of 1954. She graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1958. Gail taught elementary school in the Gloversville public school district for over twenty-five years. She sang with the Mohawk Valley Chorus and volunteered for the American Cancer Society. She was a proud member of the First Presbyterian Church in Gloversville where she sang in the choir. Gail loved music; it was a very important part of her life. She revered nature and enjoyed long walks. A memorial service of remembrance for family and friends to share memories and their life experiences with Gail, will be held 2 pm Monday, January 3, 2011, at Kobuskie-Konik Funeral Home, 51 Fremont.
