Obituary of Naomi Amber Miklic

Naomi Amber Miklic, 15, of Ft. Plain, NY , passed away unexpectedly Monday January 31, 2011. Born in Amsterdam, NY on June 27, 1995 a daughter of Charles Leon and Ann Miklic. She was a lifelong resident of Ft. Plain and the surrounding area and was schooled at home. Naomi loved being outdoors and was always on the go. Naomi leaves behind her father Charles Leon Gina of Ft. Plain, NY. Her mother Ann MiklicGary of Fonda, NY. One brother, Michael Miklic of Ft. Plain, NY and three sisters, Alyana Leon of Fultonville, NY, Natasha Benton of Ft. Plain, NY and Felecity Leon of Broome County, NY. Two nieces, Nevada and Kilee Mariott. Paternal grandparents, Alan and Mary Leon Sr. of Little Falls, NY and Maternal grandparents Joseph F. Miklic of Saranac Lake, NY and Mary Fox of Fonda, NY. Aunts and uncles, Stephen J. Miklic, Joseph J. Miklic, Allen Leon Jr., Richard Leon, Edward Leon, Harold Leon, James Leon and Michelle Leon. Many cousins and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00P.M. at the Jackson & Betz Funeral Home, 15 Main St., Futlonville, NY with the Rev. Dr. R.W. Williams presiding. Interment will be in the spring in Canajoharie Falls Cemetery, Canajoharie, NY. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday prior to the service beginning at 11:00A.M. at the funeral home.
