Obituary of Marion H. Boyle

Marion H. Boyle, 95, of County Highway 107, Perth, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning at the Edward L. Wilkinson R.H.C. Facility. Born in Mayfield on March 7, 1915, the daughter of Raymond and Bessie Huchins Stoddard, she lived in Perth her entire life. Marion worked for Bigelow Sanford and Mohawk Carpet Companies and for Mohawk Sportswear before retiring many years ago. She was known for her spunky nature and was always the life of the party. Marion lived life to the fullest, and was the very best grandma ever. She bowled into her eighties, and was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Broadalbin. Her first husband, Salvatore C. Santo Sr. predeceased her in 1962. She later married John P. Boyle who passed away August 16, 2000. She also lost her brothers Raymond, Vernon and Harry Stoddard and sister Edith Messineo. She leaves her children; Salvatore C. Santo Jr., Corrado H. Charlotte Santo all of Amsterdam; Robert F. Kim Santo of Broadalbin and Lynne M. Dwayne Zarecki of Amsterdam; eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A Mass Of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Church Broadalbin. Fr. Ronald Matulewicz, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Thursday from 4-7 pm at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue. Interment is in St. Michael's Cemetery. Contributions may be made in her name to St. Joseph's Church C/O the funeral home office.
