Mona, I am so sorry to hear of Chucks passing. I do not get the paper & didn't know or I would have payed my respects. I waited on him & Dave a good many years OE & WW & Decafe & he used to stop & see me at the diner in Mayfield. I was always glad to see him & always asked about you. It was great to have met you both & he will be missed. Again, my condolences.

Grandfather,
I just got off the phone with grandma Mona, and I realized I had yet to see your memorial page. I've been putting it off, because I don't have you here anymore to tell me it's okay to feel sad.
I could write for days and days about all the memories I hold in my heart of you. I have toyed with the idea of coming back day after day and telling you about how work went, or something funny Javana said or something new Donovan did. Or tell you each day how much I miss you and how unreal this all seems. I know I can't though. And that is hard.
You took some of the happiest parts of my heart with you when you left. Promise you'll give them back to me when I see you okay? I love you so much, and I didn't get to say goodbye. But I have to remember you never did either :. Love you later Grandfather

Very sorry to hear about Chuck. I'm his "Youngest Cousin" on the Bollacker side, Aunt Glady's sister Nellie's son! We would go to Hagaman for a visit on a Sunday afternoon; I'd play catch with Chuck, George, Billie or Walt whoever was around on that day; or just run around the yard or the cemetary. We had some fun times. My thoughts & prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Uncle Chuck was the youngest of my moms 4 brothers and there are many special memories. Best remembered is how he loved to tease the little ones.... he loved all little kids. I'll him playing cards with the Maines clan, drinking coffee at my moms and doing special things for people when they needed help. He loved being surrounded by his family. May he be happy in his "new place" with his brothers Walt and Bill and his sister Corinne Bunny. R.I.P Uncle Chuck. Love Barb
