Obituary of Beverly F. Auspelmyer

Beverly F. Auspelmyer, 86, formerly of the High Rise Apartments in Amsterdam, passed away Saturday April 16, 2011 at the River Ridge Living Center LLC in Amsterdam. Born in Amsterdam, NY on September 10, 1924 a daughter of the late Benjamin and Carrie Heitkamp Auspelmyer. She was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. She worked for 11 years at the former Woolworth Co. in Amsterdam and later worked as an assembler at Ward Products before retiring. Beverly was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church and at one time was a member of the Church Choir. Survivors include her brothers, Wilfred Auspelmyer and his wife Rhea of Amsterdam and Howard Auspelmyer of Amsterdam. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. She was recently predeceased by a brother Benjamin F. Auspelmyer on December 16, 2010. Graveside funeral services will be held on Good Friday April 22, 2011 at 4:00P.M. at Pine Grove Cemetery in Tribes Hill, NY. There are no calling hours.
