my thoughts & prayers go out to the family. i have known chad for years & only wish i got to get to know his family a lot better. my heart goes out to them in this time of need. no mother should have to go through what she is going through & i cant even begin to imagine...there isn't one bad memory i have of chad. he will be greatly missed by all & especially his children. he was a great person & a great friend.

Chad will be missed greatly and it is sad the way he had to go. I will always see him when I look into the face of my nephew his son Chad Finch Jr. CJ i am so sorry that you are having to go through this. I did not know Chad but I wanted to express my sympathy for your loss. I can not imagine what you are going through. I know from reading Chad had made mistakes in his past, but it seems he was doing his best to right his wrongs. No person deserves to be left the way he was. God has a plan for him and now he can try to help guide others on the life path they walk. Rest in peace to Chad. I hope you are all able to remember all of the good & kindness your loved one had. Brenda, Bob, Angela & Family... My thoughts & prayers are with you all at this very sad time... Unfortunately, my family knows your exact grief, all the way around, as the same circumstance happened to my father, some 39 years ago... i deeply regret that i never got the opportunity to meet Chad in person. I've talked with him many times on Facebook..he was always very polite,a very sweet person! I'm so sorry that this happened to him..and he will be greatly missed.

my heart goes out to you all family children and friends I only want to say this could have been my son he has also served time for DWI's it breaks my heart that the news makes a point to bring this out at such a time.The law was broken by a man whom was sworn to serve uphold and protect no news station is smearing his reputation like they are Chads. it's as if they are saying it's ok he was hit because he was a convicted felon this is so wrong.
as the Mother of a convicted DWI felon my heart breaks for his family & friends. Convicted felon or not does not make his death in this horrible manner any easier for his loved ones. I know this is not the time to express my opinion, However I felt compelled to do so I'am truly sorry for your great loss. May time help to heal you & May God Bless Sincerely,
