Obituary of Xzavier A. Francisco
Xzavier Alan Francisco, 8 years old, of Amsterdam, NY, passed away unexpectedly Sunday May 29, 2011 at his home.
Born in Amsterdam, NY on April 14, 2003 a son of William P. Francisco and Gabrielle M. Gravelle. He was a lifelong Amsterdam resident. He attended the William B. Tecler Academy in Amsterdam and was in the 2nd grade.
Xzavier was also enrolled in the after school program at Liberty Enterprises in Amsterdam. He enjoyed visiting Walt Disney World. His loved Dinosaurs, Elmo and Buzz Lightyear. He also enjoyed Horseback riding.
He is survived by his loving parents, Gabrielle M. Gravelle and William P. Francisco both of Amsterdam. One beloved brother, William "Will" J. Francisco of Amsterdam, NY. Maternal grandparents, Grace and Joel Kaye of Mayfield, NY and Gilbert J. Gravelle Jr. of Port Henry, NY. Maternal great-grandmother, Jean Wykes of Port Henry, NY and Irwin and Ara Kaye. Paternal grandparents, Lyn and Bertha Francisco of Perth, NY and great-grandmother Elma Francisco of Tampa, Florida. Aunts and uncles, Gilbert J. Gravelle III of Colchester, VT. Robert and Jennifer Gravelle of St. Cloud, Florida. Heather and Hutch Guzman of Perth, NY. One dear cousin Arkelius Guzman. His dear friends, Bryan Comolli, Randy Spraker, Makenna Renwick and Jennifer Burek.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 2, 2011 at 11:00A.M. at the Betz, Rossi and Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam with Rev. Louise Alberti presiding. Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Amsterdam, NY. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday June 1, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00P.M. at the funeral home. It is the family's request that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation c/o the funeral home office.
