Obituary of Olga Schultz
Mrs. Olga Schultz, 96 years old, died Monday morning at Ellis Hospital. She was born March 20, 1915 in New York City, a daughter of Demko and Tekla Kohut Sulem. Olga was employed by the Chief Textiles formerly of Amsterdam, for many years. She was a communicant of St. Mary?s Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam.
Olga married William Schultz in 1936. He died April 13, 1981. She was also predeceased: her daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Richard Greer, her twin sister Helen Albert, her sister Sophie Vitus and her brothers Ted and Louis Sulem. Olga is survived by her sister Eva Danz of Albany, her nephew George R. Albert, Sr. and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning at 9:15am at St. Mary?s Roman Catholic Church, Amsterdam. There will be no calling hours. Burial will take place in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Ft. Johnson. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY.
