Obituary of Stephen A. Sesonske

Mr. Stephen A. Sesonske, 91 of Gloversville, passed away Thursday at his residence. Born May 23, 1920 in Gloversville, he was the son of the late Charles and Esther Goldberg Sesonske. Mr. Sesonske spent much of his younger life in Watertown, moving to Gloversville in 1937. Continuing his education here, he graduated in 1938 from Gloversville High School. Steve spent almost his entire working life as sales manager for Taylor Made Products in Gloversville. He was a hard working and devoted father, husband and grandfather. He took great pleasure in the simple things in life. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, swimming at Sacandaga and sporting events. He especially enjoyed the Boston Red Sox and his grandchildren's sporting events. Survivors include his wife Virginia Fasani Sesonske of Gloversville, whom he married February 4, 1950, a daughter Gina Ruller John of Gloversville and a son John Sesonske Patricia of E. Greenbush. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Jeffrey M. Ruller of Ft. Lauderdale Fla.,. Stephen Sesonske, Anna Sesonske and Kara Sesonske of E. Greenbush. He leaves one niece, Alexandra. Mr. Sesonske was pre-deceased by a grandson Jonathan S. Ruller, a sister Miriam Sesonske and a brother Alexander Sesonske. Funeral services will be held 1 pm Sunday at Kobuskie-Konik Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St. with Reverend Dr. R.W. Williams officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12 noon to 1 pm prior to the service. Cremation will follow at Parkview Crematory, Schenectady.
