Obituary of Coleman Green

Coleman Green, age 79, of Broadalbin, passed away on Tuesday August 30, 2011 at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville, NY. He was born in New York, NY on April 24, 1932 the son of the late Lionel and Celia Fleischman Green. Coleman proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked for many years as a photographer for the Saratoga Harness Track as well as Pompano Park. Coleman enjoyed being a professional photographer as well as operating ham radios. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Coleman is survived by twin sons: Colman ?Hal? Green Nikki of Broadalbin, NY, Lionel ?Lee? Green Laurie of Remsen, NY, three step children: Wendy Candiano Bruce of Gansevoort, NY, Kevin Harrington of Rock City Falls, NY, Doreen Mitchell Glen of Rock City Falls, NY, seven grandchildren and a brother, Stanley Green of Tulsa, OK. Funeral services for Coleman are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. The arrangements have been entrusted to the Jeffords & Stewart Funeral Home, 85 West Main Street, Broadalbin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Coleman to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 78517, Topeka, KS 66675-8517.
