Obituary of Alan D. Wooster

Alan D. Wooster, 67, of Gloversville, died Friday, September 2. He was born in Gloversville on June 6, 1944, the son of the late Earl and Lillian Andrews Wooster. Alan served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. On July 15, 1972, he married Laura Danforth, who survives. Together they shared over thirty nine years together. He was employed as a laborer at Fultone Fabrics in Johnstown. Alan loved to mow his lawn, watch construction and enjoyed the Three Stooges. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Broadalbin. In addition to his beloved wife, Laura, survivors include four sons: Alan E. Wooster of Okinawa, Japan, Edward Wooster Patty, George Wooster and Ben Wooster Ali all of Gloversville and five grandchildren.
