Obituary of Joan Sowle

Joan Sowle, 60, of Sprakers, New York, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2024 at her home in Sprakers, surrounded by her loving family. Joan was born on October 9, 1963 in Mayfield, New York to the late Edward and Ruth (Seelow) Sowle.

Joan is survived by loving family, including her companion, Mark Marvel; her children, Nicole (Damian) Sowle and Ryan (Elise) Blackwood; her grandchildren, Evan Thomas, Elizabeth, and Alex; her siblings, Laurie (Peter) Neri, Frank Warner, Tracy Rowback, Julia (Mike) Van Nostrand, Nora Albertin, and Danielle Walter; her step-sister, Sherry Blackwood; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Aside from her parents, Edward and Ruth, Joan is also preceded in passing by her sister, Elizabeth Warner.

In keeping with Joan's wishes, there will be no funeral services held.
