At the age of two, Judy ran down Glebe Street in Johnstown from her house on the corner of Madison Ave and made my acquaintance. There followed 76 years of
close friendship and good times—Knox playground, plays and shows for the neighborhood kids, high school majorettes with Judy leading us, football games, Club Delmar, Judy and Norb’s beautiful wedding, and the happy hours at their Amsterdam home where I often visited— my three children joining their four, swimming in their pool, the Fonda Fair, playing games of hearts, eating great food from Norb’s big garden, enjoying their many animals, and later, when mid-aged Norb had his band, going to his gigs and to the Saratoga races.
Judy and Norb were my dear friends.How I will miss them!

Hillerie, Heather, Holly and NJ,
It broke my heart to hear of the passing of your beautiful Mother! Your Mom and Dad were always kind, loving and treated me like one of their own. I will never forget the compassion they displayed towards me. I forever carry the fond memories of spending many days at the Sherbunt Ranch.
