Obituary of Terrence John McCloskey Jr.

Terrence John McCloskey Jr., 58, of Amsterdam, New York died on February 2, 2024.  

He is survived by his parents, Terrence McCloskey Sr. and Kathy S. McCloskey; his three sisters, Karen McCloskey Griffin, Christine McCloskey Kent, and Maureen McCloskey Wermter; his brother, Daniel Patrick McCloskey; six aunts, four uncles, three nieces, two nephews, as well as numerous cousins.  

Terrence was loved by everyone that knew him, and he will be greatly missed. 

Family and friends are invited, and may call on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM in the afternoon at the Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Homes, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam. A funeral service will follow calling hours with Father Nathaniel Resila presiding. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Amsterdam, New York. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Amsterdam Knights of Columbus, 193 W Main St, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
