Obituary of Loretta Frederico

Amsterdam – Loretta J. Frederico, 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2024.

Loretta was predeceased by her husband, Dominick Frederico; her parents, Pat and Anna Varriale; brothers, Alvan and Arthur Varriale and grandchildren, Rocky and Tommy Monzo.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Kaczmarczyk (Kevin) of Glenville; son, Michael Frederico (Eleanor) of Town of Florida; granddaughters, Michaela Kaczmarczyk, Carole Kwiatkowski; grandson, Jesse Kaczmarczyk, and several Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Loretta was a dedicated wife and mother always ready and willing to lend a hand. She enjoyed country living and gardening at her country home in West Glenville and would often make jams, wine and various foods from the fruits grown on the land. She worked many jobs over the years, including working many years at the Scotia Glenville High School cafeteria.

Cremation was performed at Vale Crematorium in Schenectady. In accordance with the family wishes, there will be no services.
