Obituary of Karen M. Santos

Karen M. Santos, 64, of Amsterdam, NY has peacefully passed away on October 18, 2023 with family by her side after a short illness. 

Karen was born in Amsterdam, NY on August 30th, 1959 to the late William and Nora (Famiano) Santos. Karen is predeceased by her cherished brother Peter Santos and survived by her loving son Kristian (Silvana) Santos, her beloved brother William (Pamela) Santos, sister- in -law Jackie Santos as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. 

Karen was a lifelong resident of Amsterdam and graduated from Amsterdam Highschool. She graduated from the Spencer School of Business in Schenectady, NY with an Associate's Degree in Word Processing. After graduating, Karen returned to Amsterdam to be the caregiver for her mother. She enjoyed music, Bocce, cooking, shopping, board games and spending time with family."
