Obituary of Judith Ann Hennessey

Judith "Judy" Ann Hennessey, 58, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 5, 2023 surrounded by her loving family following a long illness.
Born on December 30, 1964 she was the daughter of the late Frank Moak Sr. and Patricia Pitt Foland. 

Judy was a lifelong area resident. She was employed by Montgomery County Meals on Wheels as a Kitchen Aid and later Delivery Woman in Palatine Bridge. On September 15, 2001 she was united in marriage to Patrick Hennessey. During her lifetime Judy was not just a loving wife and caring mom, she was an overall bright light and amazing friend to many. Judy enjoyed visiting friends, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her husband Patrick "Pat" Hennessey, her children: Brittiny (Will) Moore, Andrew Enright, Savanah Hennessey. Her siblings include Kevin Moak, Karen (Bob) Nurnburger, Sharon (Patrick) LaMont, Steven (Melissa) Moak, Charlotte Palmatier, Sara Moak, Mike Reinhart. She also leaves behind her loving granddaughters Myah, Jaelah, and K'lonnah, sisters-in-law: Linda Hogan, Mary Curtiss, Robyn Brown and brother-in-law Mark Hennessey as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her twin sister Joan Herringshaw, brothers Keith Brian, Frank Moak Jr, nephews Kevin Moak Jr., Ryan Moak, niece Alyssa Parrino, and her great nephew Brian Moshier Jr., brothers-in-law Dave and Paul Hennessey, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Calling hours will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Funeral Homes Canajoharie Location 69 Otsego St Canajoharie, NY 13317. A Service of Remembrance will take place at 1:00 pm immediately following calling hours. A Reception will take place at Cornerstone Baptist Church 7274 State Highway 10, Ames, NY 13317 following services.
