Obituary of Ruperto S. Young M.D.

Ruperto S. Young M.D. , passed away Saturday September 16, 2023 in Vero Beach, Florida.

Certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, Dr. Young was the Chief of Radiology and Medical Imaging at St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY from 1977 to 2004.  He was a Past President of the Montgomery County Medical Society and the Amsterdam Rotary Club. 

He is survived by his wife Janis, four brothers, six sisters-in-law, and seventeen nieces and nephews.  Private services will be held in New York at a later date.
