Obituary of Tracy S. Jennings

Tracy S. Jennings, 56, of Gloversville, NY, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Albany Medical Center. Tracy was born in Amsterdam, NY on January 5, 1967 to the late David and Dolores (Denton) Jennings.

On June 2, 2007 he was united in marriage to Holly Zajaceskowski of Gloversville, NY. Sadly, their union lasted only 13 years until her passing on April 14, 2021. Tracy was also preceded in passing by his nephew, Michael Waldvogel, who was like a brother to him.

Tracy worked for many years as a general construction contractor. He was known for his hard-working nature, his heart of gold, and willingness to help anyone in need. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Tracy cherished the time he spent with his children and grandchildren. He always made sure to live life to its fullest.

He leaves behind his loving family, including his children Brian (Stormie) Jennings, Justin (Justine) Van Slyke, Alicia (John) Green, Jared (Katie) Jennings, and Kaylee (Vinny) Jennings; his siblings Richard Waldvogel, Jeffrey Waldvogel, Shawn Waldvogel, David Waldvogel, Robert Jennings, Lon Jennings, Michelle Roe, Jason Jennings, Stacie Chichester, and Shawnie Waldvogel; as well as his 14 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service in Powell-Wiswall Cemetery, 642 Plummer Rd, Ballston Spa, NY 12020, where he will be laid to rest with Holly and his parents.
