Obituary of Richard Allen, Sr.

Mr. Richard Allen Sr., 81, of the Town of Palatine Bridge, NY, passed away peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Monday, July 24, 2023.

Richard was a dedicated employee of the New York- New Jersey Port Authority for many years; and also served his country proudly for six years with the United States Army.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Richard was predeceased by his only son, Richard Allen on September 11, 2001.

Survivors include his devoted wife, Denise E. Allen; a daughter; and many dear friends.

A Graveside Service of Remembrance will take place on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Martin Road, Fonda, NY with military honors.  All are invited to attend.
