Obituary of Melissa A. Rorick

Melissa A. Rorick "Blondstar", age 54, of Gloversville, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville.

She was born January 30, 1969, in Gloversville, the daughter of Donald and Patricia (Prew) Rorick. She was employed by Hawkins Fabrics of Gloversville for many years until it closed.

Melissa is survived by four children, Kelly Heath, Joelle Keier, Lacy Rorick and Jacob Rorick; three siblings, Deborah Grecynski, James Prew and Brenda Place; seven grandchildren, Brooklyn Heath, Willow Rorick, Kylee Keier, Savannah Keier, Zachariah, Zander Rorick and Nixon Mochrie.

A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the James A. Brennan Memorial Humane Society, 437 Nine Mile Tree Rd; Gloversville, NY 12078 or to the National Lymphedema Network, P.O. Box 1008, New York, NY 10276
